What is the “Secret Menu” collection?
A special selection of colors, products and gear available only to our loyal customers. It features limited-edition items not listed in the main shop.
Do secret menu items have the same lifetime warranty, returns and shipping policies as the main menu items?
Our lifetime warranty, free returns & exchanges, and shipping policies apply to Secret Menu items just like our normal menu of products.
There is only one special exclusion to the exchange policy: Normal Menu items cannot be exchanged for a Secret Menu item.
Can engraved cases be exchanged or returned for a refund? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! Engraved cases can be exchanged and returned for a refund.

Our return portal is easily accessible on our main menu, and its liked in all your tracking emails. We even provide prepaid return labels to make sure the entire process is as seamless as possible.
Can I put them in my carry-on bag while flying? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! Pill organizers are 100% approved by the TSA for air travel as stated on the TSA.gov website, just place your Ikigai Cases inside your toiletry bag.

I am having trouble finding my size. What size should I get?
Use the Find Your Size page to find the case that works best for you! There are photos of cases filled with different sized pills there so you can estimate what size you need.
If you'd like to send us a photo of your daily routine, we can also guess-timate the size you need using that photo. Just send it to us at tavish@ikigaicases.com.
Lastly, our perfect fit guarantee means you can exchange your case if you do happen to find out the size wasn't quite right. We'll even redo the engravings for you, free of charge. It's just part of our promise to make sure you absolutely love your Ikigai Cases!
How does the sliding lid stay closed?
Ikigai Cases use a patented lid design that will never accidentally open or spill in your bag.
A spring loaded ball built into the base pushes up into a divot in the bottom of the lid keeping the lid securely closed.
When you’re ready to open your case, just push down on the traction pad area of the lid and slide the case open.
The lid will click into place at each pocket as it slides open. This makes it super easy to dump single pockets out while holding the case with just one hand.
What cases do you have that are magnetic?

Please note: unless the product says it is magnetic very clearly - the product is not magnetic.
Can I pay using my HSA / FSA card? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout using our checkout partner, Flex.
Do you offer rush shipping? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! Expedited shipping orders (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc) get same-day processing. The shipping cutoff time is 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Normal orders get engraved and shipped in the order that they came in.
