Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days, even engraved ones.

We are a family business, so this can during peak periods extend another day or two but trust us we are busting our butts to get your orders out asap.

If you need your package by a specific date, please email us and we'll rush the order processing.

Our packages are sent via the United States Post Office with 2-5 Day Shipping.

Expedited shipping orders get same-day processing. The shipping cutoff time is 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and noon on Saturdays.

There are a few possible reasons why your status says DELIVERED but you don't see it:

1. Your package was scanned too early by the delivery person, and is due to arrive soon OR
2. Your package was delivered to your neighbor's home accidentally OR
3. Your package was lost in transit or stolen

If your package is not delivered within the next 3 days, we assume it is lost in transit or stolen. We will ship you an immediate replacement.
