Find your size
Most cases come in more than one size. We size for your biggest pill, so a dose of mixed pills usually has room to spare.
Weekly Case sizes, smallest to largest. Each size holds about double the one before.
Pills per pocket, by pill size. XL is fish oil size. Counts are from our storage diagrams.

Can engraved cases be exchanged or returned for a refund?
Yes! Engraved cases can be exchanged and returned for a refund.
Even more importantly, we make this really easy to do!
Our return portal is easily accessible on our main menu, and it's linked in all your tracking emails. We even provide prepaid return labels to make sure the entire process is as seamless as possible.
I am having trouble finding my size. What size should I get?
Use the Find Your Size page to find the case that works best for you!
There are photos of cases filled with different sized pills there so you can estimate what size you need.
If you'd like to send us a photo of your daily routine, we can also guess-timate the size you need using that photo. Just send it to us at tavish@ikigaicases.com.
Lastly, our perfect fit guarantee means you can exchange your case if you do happen to find out the size wasn't quite right. We'll even redo the engravings for you, free of charge. It's just part of our promise to make sure you absolutely love your Ikigai Cases!
