Shipping policy

Standard / Free Shipping

Our goal is to ship out standard/free shipping orders within 3 business days, including engraved orders. We use USPS Ground Advantage as our default method.

We are a small family business, so during some periods we beat that timeline, and in some peak periods we are a little slower than that. Trust us that we are busting our butts to get your orders out asap.

If you need your order by a certain date, please email tavish@ikigaicases.com and we will do our best to make it work for your timeline.

Rush Shipping — UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Priority Mail

Rush Shipping orders get sent out the same business day if placed by NOON EASTERN, or the next business day if placed after noon eastern time.

International

We ship worldwide via DHL & UPS. Transit varies by destination and by customs.

Duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. If a carrier bills duties on arrival anyway, please send us the receipt and we'll refund your charges.
