- Lid gets too tight or too loose over time
- The spring-ball plunger (the click that holds your lid shut) comes out
- The anodized color wears down
- A magnet falls out (magnetic cases)
- Anything else that breaks, even by accident
Not covered
- Dings, dents and scratches from everyday wear
- Lost or stolen cases
- Cases bought anywhere other than ikigaicases.com, including counterfeits
- Unauthorized modifications: changes or repairs made by anyone other than us, like engraving by another shop, paint or drilled holes
- International orders (they're final sale)
How claims work: Go to our Contact Us page, choose "Broken or damaged," then send us your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a prepaid label to return the original, unless we tell you otherwise. If your case is engraved, we'll engrave the replacement for free. We reserve the right to refund the item instead of replacing it.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Send our support team your order number and a photo of the problem from our Contact Us page. We answer 7 days a week.
Do I need my receipt?
No, just your order number. If you can't find it, give us the email you ordered with and we'll look it up.
Do I have to send the broken case back?
Usually, yes. We'll send you a prepaid label to return the original, unless we tell you otherwise.
My case is engraved. Will the replacement be engraved too?
Yes. We engrave the replacement for free.
What if I bought my case somewhere else?
The lifetime warranty covers cases bought from ikigaicases.com. Cases from other stores, including counterfeits, aren't covered.
Are international orders covered?
No. International orders are final sale, so the warranty covers US orders only.
