Yeah, they're expensive and I put off ordering for quite a while. Finally bit the bullet and ordered the AM/PM pill set with the translucent covers. Came quickly and I was very impressed with the packaging (not that that really affects the product but was very nicely done). It was HEAVY. Very well made and sturdy. I can see why it has a lifetime guarantee. It's a beast. Fits my pill perfectly and with the new covers, I can see at a glance whether I took my pills or not. I love this case. Sorry it took so long to take the plunge.

I am always looking for ways to make my everyday tasks easier so that I can focus on the good stuff. I take meds in the morning and the evening. I have used a 7 day pill case before but they were cheap and I did not enjoy using them. Eventually I just tossed them and went to taking meds out of my bottle everyday. The problem with this is that sometimes I am not sure if I took all my meds or not. This is can be especially problematic with stuff like blood pressure medication. What I like about the ikagai case is that it's well designed. and I love the fact the I can take todays medications and set it out for that day. When it's done I can snap that day to the other end and pull off the next day. I love it! Author James Clear said in Atomic habits that "We fall to the level of our systems." Having a reliable system helps me remember to take all my meds even on a day when I wake up tired and I need to get out the door for work in a hurry.
These cases are amazing, built to last forever, leave them to your friends and family in a will they will outlast you all.
Hands down the absolute best pill case in existence. As a hardcore lifter with an ifbb coach, the rigors of the gym are tough, as are the gym bag conditions at times. The construction is amazing and never a fear of it busting open and losing supplements. Additionally the capacity is EXACTLY what I was looking for and actually holds a multitude of supps. I've broken or thrown away in frustration probably 4 or five different plastic carry options and can without a doubt say this is far worth the INVESTMENT. Because that's what it is an investment in quality carry tools for what keeps ya going.

I’m obsessed with these cases, as someone who lives with chronic pain and health problems this case has been a god send. I have gotten one of my friends hooked and she even ordered one for herself and her son as well!
10/10 for size, function, and ease of use. All of these pill cases and very much not necessary - a plastic one would achieve the same goal. However, these will last almost infinitely longer, and I care about that. I wanted something portable and organized for travel whether it's a weekend or a week. Something I can rely on for both use and longevity. If these fail me within a year, I'll be back to submit another review. I don't think that'll happen. Bottom line; if you take meds or vitamins every day and want a simple, effective, reliable way to organize them, this is a great option. If you're reading this, then the price is irrelevant - you took enough time to look at reviews which means you're willing to pay the price.

I love this case! When my friend showed me theirs I was originally shocked they spent more than $4 on a pill case…and then I kept thinking about it. Decided to purchase my own and see what the fuss was and I’m so happy with how sturdy it is and also how cool it looks. My meds are protected, and also stylish! It’s definitely a nicer way to stay organized and just so solid. Already looking at the itty bitty ones as a quick overnight take the meds option… :)
The IKIGAI nano pill and nano vitamin cases are just perfect for my gym supplements and roadtrip vitamins. I love the special edition paints and the quality is superb. Precision quality beats everything else out there. I highly recommend these cases. Glad I stumbled upon them!
Amazing the case is awesome good weight slightly bigger than the altos case I had been using but this is very solid! Color is a great Ferrari red couldn’t be happier
This case is fantastic. I really like how you can move the individual cases back and forth. Am/pm and weekday markings are easy to read. Best case I’ve ever seen. Really helpful for keeping pills organized. I couldn’t be happier. 😎

I finally was able to get the mag nano in all the colors I wanted….except yellow….i had to settle for aluminum since pink panther and yellow was sold out. Since this was my first purchase….i love all the colors but I should have bought the 1 week am/pm as it is tricky getting use to using this one with the magnets and keeping them together and opening the lid ….i know, I know…take them apart and use them as single…not as pretty. LOL
It’s a major upgrade. I love how well constructed it is and the sliding lid is so satisfying.

Amazing weekly pill case? The strong magnetism is felt when moving from one day to another, keeping me on track and giving me the piece of mind that all my medication is in a safe and secure container. Would recommend!

The weekly pill case is a far better choice for someone like me who takes only two larger multi vitamins each day and so didn't need the larger size case called weekly vitamin. Love my orange case, it's light enough to toss in my purse and take out to lunch or dinner, and ensures I never forget to take the vitamins I take every day. Thank you Ikigai!
We love it! It’s super sturdy. Takes a little bit of getting used to the noise of opening and closing but we think over time that will be minimal (after it wears down a little bit). Fits all his supplements and room for more (though at that point it turns into a whole meal’s worth of pills, so I try not to overdo it!).
This is my third Ikigai case--a Mission Vitamin case in "Desert Rain" color. I also own a Mission Vitamin case in "Gold", and a Weekly Vitamin case in "Black Blue Splatter", both purchased about 2 years ago. The weekly case is generously sized to hold all my pills for up to 2 weeks (two days per compartment), and the mission vitamin case is perfect for weekend trips. They are beautiful cases, and I can find them easily in my suitcase or overnight bag. I never have to worry about them accidentally opening and spilling pills everywhere. Plus they feel wonderful to hold, and are beautiful. I may be stuck taking a bunch of meds for a chronic condition, but at least I no longer have to store them in a ratty plastic pill case! Ikigai cases aren't cheap, but they'll last a lifetime. Treat yourself!
The Mission Vitamin Case is perfect for storing meds and supplements I need to take during the day (12pm and 6pm). I load the case weekly, then pull out daily doses to be added to my Nano Vitamin Case for daily use at work in a high school setting, carrying me through to after school activities. The case quality is amazing! So, I don’t have to worry if it gets dropped or knocked off the counter. Everything stays intact and it fits!
