how the magnets work
A set of magnets connect both sides of the case.
This makes the AM PM 2.0 case easy to carry and keeps the case connected inside your bag.
Use one half at a time for easy pouring.
Then snap it back into place and take it with you.
Anchors keep the case from sliding and twisting
Small anchors on the left side of the case fit perfectly into holes on the right side.
This keeps the case from sliding while it is magnetically connected.

Anodized for toughness.
We take every Magnetic Case through a finishing process known as anodization to protect the case from wear and tear. The process makes the case three times tougher, corrosion-resistant, and allows us to add color.
The Story Behind
Ikigai Cases
Our reason for creating Ikigai Cases was a very personal one. In 2008 our father was diagnosed with CIDP, a rare neurological disease that inhibits your movement and can even leave you paralyzed.
In the next years, we watched our father go through every issue imaginable with his pill containers. Breaking, spilling, accidentally opening constantly. Handling a flimsy plastic pill box is already a hassle, and even more so when your hands aren’t working very well due to his disease.
We tried every pill case we could find. Unfortunately, none worked for him.
In 2021, after watching our dad suffer plastic cases for years, we finally had enough. We wanted to give him a pill case that is durable, easy to use, never spills, and looks good on top of it.
That’s how Ikigai Cases was born.

I am having trouble finding my size. What size should I get?
Use the Find Your Size page to find the case that works best for you! There are photos of cases filled with different sized pills there so you can estimate what size you need.
If you'd like to send us a photo of your daily routine, we can also guess-timate the size you need using that photo. Just send it to us at tavish@ikigaicases.com.
Lastly, our perfect fit guarantee means you can exchange your case if you do happen to find out the size wasn't quite right. We'll even redo the engravings for you, free of charge. It's just part of our promise to make sure you absolutely love your Ikigai Cases!
Do you offer rush shipping? (Hint: Yes)
Yes. Rush shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver, and rush processing is USPS Priority Mail. Order any of those by NOON EASTERN and it ships the same business day. After noon eastern, it ships the next business day.
Normal orders get engraved and shipped in the order that they came in. Our goal is to ship them within 3 business days.

Our return portal is easily accessible on our main menu, and its liked in all your tracking emails. We even provide prepaid return labels to make sure the entire process is as seamless as possible.
Can I put them in my carry-on bag while flying? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! Pill organizers are 100% approved by the TSA for air travel as stated on the TSA.gov website, just place your Ikigai Cases inside your toiletry bag.

How does the sliding lid stay closed?
Ikigai Cases use a patented lid design that will never accidentally open or spill in your bag.
A spring loaded ball built into the base pushes up into a divot in the bottom of the lid keeping the lid securely closed.
When you’re ready to open your case, just push down on the traction pad area of the lid and slide the case open.
The lid will click into place at each pocket as it slides open. This makes it super easy to dump single pockets out while holding the case with just one hand.
How are engravings applied to the pill cases?
For Lid Engravings, we use CNC machines to engrave text onto the lids.
For Days of the Week (In Pocket Engravings), we use a fiber laser engraving machine to engrave the lettering inside the pockets.
The engravings are not stickers. They are not painted, sprayed, or laser marked on the cases. All of those ways to put temporary markings on a pill case wear off over time.
The engraving methods we chose are to make the engravings permanent - so they last as long as your case will.
We dealt with the pain of having markings wear off on plastic pill organizers for too many years. There was no way we were going to design our cases that way.

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout using our checkout partner, Flex.
Do free promotional items need to be returned if I return my order?
If your order included any FREE promotional items, those items must be returned with the rest of the order if you initiate a return.
If a free promotional item is not returned, it will be charged at its full retail price and deducted from your refund.

I just started a medication there's a good chance I'll be taking for life, so I wanted a pill case that could last me that long too. I'm very happy I found this one! It's a great size, looks nice (much tidier and more discreet than keeping pill bottles on my desk), and I like that each compartment is separate so it'll stay organized if/when my cat knocks it around. Very pleased with the cases, and happy with the price (and the bundle deal). Nice weight and feel in the hand, pleasant to use, and they look great! Especially for something related to health, it’s nice to pair something that can become a daily chore with objects that make it feel worthwhile instead of throwaway.

Titanium. Hard as nails. Added a bit of food-safe lubricant to the slide. Smooth as silk. Holds several doses of NSAIDs. Will buy another if the opportunity arises again.

Given the price, I was skeptical, but this small business has delivered with a thoughtful design that feels lasting—hard to find in the era of ‘turn-and-burn’ consumerism. Sleek enough to be left on the counter, but don’t doubt it will hold up to coming travel + adventure. Quick delivery, secure packaging & personal touch will have me returning for additional products.
Great little case. My favorite material titanium! Please do more! I was gonna get a vitamin case in Ti too but was too late. We need another run. Thanks! Only suggestion is that the location of that friction square, maybe on the opposite side makes more sense.
I ordered the nano pill case but it was too light both in colour and weight - wasn't to my liking BUT the great team at Ikigai replaced it with the nano vitamin case and in a different colour and shipped it internationally free of cost. Amazing customer service!!!

Amazing product and extremely well built. I love that I can separate a couple of them when I go out of town on the weekend and they stay together with the magnets.
Great little pill case that hides in your pocket easy. The quality is worth the price and the paint splatter designs are my favorite and get attention when sitting out! I will say that the Desert Rain appears more of an orange color in person, whereas the online pic looks more yellow. Not a huge deal but just something to consider if choosing that color. Thanks again!
Finally, with the pill storage middles, there is enough pill storage to cover a tour down under. Aren’t they pretty all nestled in my toiletry case?

Love my MagNano pill organizer! It feels like a high quality product and the versatility is great. You can take 1, 2 or 3 cases, or travel with the whole one week set. I recommend this for anyone who takes daily pills and/or vitamins. It also looks awesome!!

I got the mission pill, nano vitamin, and nano pill. All three are very nice quality, super lightweight, and are easy to open and close without worrying about accidental opening in my work bag. Really high quality machining and very happy with the purchase so far. Expensive but you get what you pay for.
The Nano Vitamin in titanium is a great case. I generally love titanium as a material so I knew I had to scoop one of these up. It’s going to be a little bit heavier than aluminum but it feels good. The tolerances on this case are also tighter than any other case I have. Zero rattle and just feels premium. Looking cool doesn’t hurt either!
