I love these cases! The weekly one is where I keep my daily wad of vitamins. Before, when I'd travel, I'd use my unattractive plastic box, but I'd have to wrap it in athletic tape so that it wouldn't open in my bag. Functional, sure, but kind of depressing. Now I have my orange box with the day of the week printed in each compartment. Much better! The sliding top has a stop built in at each day. It won't open and spill into my toiletry bag, and it looks great.

The Story Behind
Ikigai Cases
Our reason for creating Ikigai Cases was a very personal one. In 2008 our father was diagnosed with CIDP, a rare neurological disease that inhibits your movement and can even leave you paralyzed.
In the next years, we watched our father go through every issue imaginable with his pill containers. Breaking, spilling, accidentally opening constantly. Handling a flimsy plastic pill box is already a hassle, and even more so when your hands aren’t working very well due to his disease.
We tried every pill case we could find. Unfortunately, none worked for him.
In 2021, after watching our dad suffer plastic cases for years, we finally had enough. We wanted to give him a pill case that is durable, easy to use, never spills, and looks good on top of it.
That’s how Ikigai Cases was born.

Do you offer rush shipping? (Hint: Yes)
Yes. Rush shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver, and rush processing is USPS Priority Mail. Order any of those by NOON EASTERN and it ships the same business day. After noon eastern, it ships the next business day.
Normal orders get engraved and shipped in the order that they came in. Our goal is to ship them within 3 business days.

How does the sliding lid stay closed?
Ikigai Cases use a patented lid design that will never accidentally open or spill in your bag.
A spring loaded ball built into the base pushes up into a divot in the bottom of the lid keeping the lid securely closed.
When you’re ready to open your case, just push down on the traction pad area of the lid and slide the case open.
The lid will click into place at each pocket as it slides open. This makes it super easy to dump single pockets out while holding the case with just one hand.
How are engravings applied to the pill cases?
For Lid Engravings, we use CNC machines to engrave text onto the lids.
For Days of the Week (In Pocket Engravings), we use a fiber laser engraving machine to engrave the lettering inside the pockets.
The engravings are not stickers. They are not painted, sprayed, or laser marked on the cases. All of those ways to put temporary markings on a pill case wear off over time.
The engraving methods we chose are to make the engravings permanent - so they last as long as your case will.
We dealt with the pain of having markings wear off on plastic pill organizers for too many years. There was no way we were going to design our cases that way.

The 2XL size is definitely the way to go if you want to save time and are on a daily vitamin or supplement regimen.
I had previously bought one of the smaller sizes and while the case itself was beautiful it was a little small for my purposes, so I was able to regift as an awesome present.
This 2XL case is a big time saver since I regularly take up to 10 supplements a day. This is epecially useful since it gives me easy access to slide the case open while working from home and sipping a protein drink at the same time.
This is an upgrade for me, I was using a weekly pill case from Ikigai, but needed a larger vitamin xl case to deal with my supplements. I hsve been very happy with Ikigai cases to organize my medications and supplements.
Love this purple punch color. This is the extra small that I got for my dog’s meds. Ensures the pills stay organized when we travel and it looks great on the counter. The sliding mechanism is easy to open and close.

I’ve added a lot more supplements to my daily routine now that I’ve exited my 20’s - this is my first pillbox and I’m sure it’s the only one I’ll ever need! I’ve bought a # of “metal pill cases” on Amazon over the past year or so & they have all failed on atleast one front. Either they had plastic lids to separate the days that broke off after a weeks use, or my “favorite” flaw that idk how it even made it to the final version. Is when a case can be opened from either side or upside down, with everything just falling out…. And those were like $40+ cases.
Vs the Ikigai one has a magnetic stop at each day, very legible days engraved onto the bottom of each compartment, a nice textured area on top so you know what direction to open it from, and a phenomenal overall build construction. I have literally nothing negative to say about it, some may talk about it being pricey, but you get what you pay for when it comes to materials, manufacturing tolerances, etc. Buy one, you won’t be disappointed with your purchase!
I just started a medication there's a good chance I'll be taking for life, so I wanted a pill case that could last me that long too. I'm very happy I found this one! Hands down the absolute best pill case in existence. As a hardcore lifter with an ifbb coach, the rigors of the gym are tough, as are the gym bag conditions at times. The construction is amazing and never a fear of it busting open and losing supplements.

We love it! It’s super sturdy. Takes a little bit of getting used to the noise of opening and closing but we think over time that will be minimal (after it wears down a little bit). Fits all his supplements and room for more (though at that point it turns into a whole meal’s worth of pills, so I try not to overdo it!).

I have always used a plastic case for my daily medication and supplements. They need to be replaced yearly because of breakage and discoloration. I am now so happy that I invested in the Ikigai Case. It works perfectly as described and will not need to be replaced. It's also easy to clean. It is a little heavier than the plastic cases but that is a small trade off. I'm a fan!
