Every Ikigai Pill Case purchased from our website or an authorized dealer comes with a lifetime warranty.
Warranty 'legal-ese': Ikigai Cases warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product.
THE IMPORTANT PART = Your lifetime warranty will include replacement parts in the event of failure or loss of functionality.
Please email tavish@ikigaicases.com for assistance if you are in need of a replacement. A picture of the damaged parts and/or wallet is requested with your email as part of the warranty assessment.
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of the exterior & interior, scratches on the exterior & interior, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

I am having trouble finding my size. What size should I get?
Use the Find Your Size page to find the case that works best for you! There are photos of cases filled with different sized pills there so you can estimate what size you need.
If you'd like to send us a photo of your daily routine, we can also guess-timate the size you need using that photo. Just send it to us at tavish@ikigaicases.com.
Lastly, our perfect fit guarantee means you can exchange your case if you do happen to find out the size wasn't quite right. We'll even redo the engravings for you, free of charge. It's just part of our promise to make sure you absolutely love your Ikigai Cases!

Yes! Engraved cases can be exchanged and returned for a refund.

Our return portal is easily accessible on our main menu, and its liked in all your tracking emails. We even provide prepaid return labels to make sure the entire process is as seamless as possible.
Can I put them in my carry-on bag while flying? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! Pill organizers are 100% approved by the TSA for air travel as stated on the TSA.gov website, just place your Ikigai Cases inside your toiletry bag.

How does the sliding lid stay closed?
Ikigai Cases use a patented lid design that will never accidentally open or spill in your bag.
A spring loaded ball built into the base pushes up into a divot in the bottom of the lid keeping the lid securely closed.
When you’re ready to open your case, just push down on the traction pad area of the lid and slide the case open.
The lid will click into place at each pocket as it slides open. This makes it super easy to dump single pockets out while holding the case with just one hand.
How are the designs applied to the pill cases?
For Lid Engravings, we use CNC machines to engrave text onto the lids.
For Days of the Week (In Pocket Engravings), we use a fiber laser engraving machine to engrave the lettering inside the pockets.
The engravings are not stickers. They are not painted, sprayed, or laser marked on the cases. All of those ways to put temporary markings on a pill case wear off over time.
The engraving methods we chose are to make the engravings permanent - so they last as long as your case will.
We dealt with the pain of having markings wear off on plastic pill organizers for too many years. There was no way we were going to design our cases that way.

How should I wash and care for my Ikigai Case?
Ikigai Cases are not dishwasher safe. Please follow these steps:
1.Hand wash with warm water and a sponge.
2.Dry off the case with a hand towel.
3.Allow it to air dry for 5–10 minutes before refilling.
Can I pay using my HSA / FSA card? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout using our checkout partner, Flex.
Do you offer rush shipping? (Hint: Yes)
Yes! Expedited shipping orders (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc) get same-day processing. The shipping cutoff time is 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Normal orders get engraved and shipped in the order that they came in.
